How do we make sure we eat at the hibachi grill for Teppan Edo in Epcot/Japan

The only thing we love more than good japanese cuisine (the amercan version) is the hibachi entertainment and fun (again, american version). I have an ADR and we don't want a table, but want to sit at the grill. How do we make sure to do that?

You will be fine, all the tables have their own grill. The tables sit six or eight people. And you sit with other people if you don't have enough in your party. It's alot of fun. We go every year it is one of our favorite places to go

Since Teppan Edo has not yet opened, we really don't know what the rehabbed restaurant will look like.

Once it opens, people will post reviews what the new interior looks like. Stay tuned

Pumbaa, I thought I read right here that Teppan edo is open, and I don't know if i can say but I have seen pictures and the menus on another web site.To me it looks the same.

Nope it is opened...AllEarsNet has pictures and the menus listed...we are eating there on the 21st!!

There was a Thread here on the DIS with links to the photos at Allearsnet.com. A poster here had dinner there on 10/9.
The pictures show the Teppan Edo side and they appear to be the same type grill/tables for 8.
It looked beautiful
