We are coming the night of the 26th of feb... to pick up our tickets from getawaytoday at the ticket booths. I have lots of questions... and I'm really hoping you all can help.

1st, do you know how late the ticket booths are open? We need our tickets and dining vouchers the night before because we have PS at storyteller's the next morning WAY before the park opens. 7:40

2nd, how do you suggest getting to the GC for storyteller's that early in the am. We are staying at Camelot and hope to go right to the park for EE if we have time after our breakfast. We have rental van, but don't want to use it while we are there if we can help it. I know that camelot is walking distance to DL but what about GC for break?

3rd, would you do Fantasy land in the am and then eat a light lunch and head to Aladdin at CA? 1:55 pm show?

We also have PS at Blue Bayou at 4 pm... what are our chances of having a waterside table that I've heard so much about?

We plan to be at the parade that night at 7 and then head back to Camelot.

4th, we have PS for Goofy's Buffet at 8 pm on the 28th. That way we have a full day in the park with only stopping for quick meals, and heading back to hotel for a nap if we want. How long will it take and How do you suggest getting to DLH for GOofy's?

Finally on the 1st, we have PS for princess lunch at 11:40...this is in DL right? THANK YOU SO MUCH

BTW, what rides/shows would you say are must do's for 2 1/2 year old girl and 5 year old girl?

THANKS

I can answer a couple of your questions:

Yes, by all means do Fantasyland FIRST thing in the morning. You'll be able to walk onto everything and do things multiple times if you want. Make sure to hit Peter Pan and Dumbo first. Your girls will love this part of the park, and it really is empty when the park opens.

After lunch is a great time to do Aladdin, because it gives everyone some nice down time (or even nap time for the 2 year old!) when things start to get crowded.

As far as the waterside tables at BB: You shouldn't have much trouble getting one with a 4 pm reservation, since it's not one of the more popular eating times. Just get there 15-20 minutes early and tell them you want a waterside table, and that you're willing to wait until one is available. They will accommodate you if it's possible.

Have a great time!!!!!

Okay thanks for cluing me in about ariel's grotto...tI thought it was DL... so thanks!!!

I would exit the GC through the DTD exit and then hang a right and walk past the parks' entrance gates and then down and across Harbor.

Is GC withing walking distance to Camelot? How do we get there from Camelot... our PS is at 7:40 AM. To get back to DL, we do what ter-moo suggests???????????

Thanks for helping.

I am not sure what time the plaza opens up, but if it is open at 7:30 due to "early entrance" then you can cross Harbor, walk to the DL/DCA entrance and continue through to DTD. Turn into the entrance to GCH which is next to Sephora and follow the walkway into the lobby of GCH, from there go through the lobby and follow the walkway to Storyteller's. Reverse your directions when heading back to DL.

It is an easy walk from Camelot. We usually stay at Camelot or Tropicana and always have a meal at Storyteller's. Enjoy your trip!

To get to DLH just walk straight through DTD and you will run into the DLH. Very easy and you shouldn't get lost.

For that age I would do everything in Fantasy Land, Pirates, Winnie the Pooh, Small World, Train, Autopia, Buzz and all the shows and parades.

Here's an aerial that shows where the Camelot is compared to the parks & the Grand Californian. You can easily walk to the Grand Californian from the hotel. Walk to the Pedestrian walkway & cross the street. Go past the two parks. The entrance between the two parks is called the Esplanade. When you cross the Esplanade you'll be in Downtown Disney. You'll see the World of Disney Store, and the Grand Californian Hotel is above it and behind it (same building). The entrance to the Grand Californian is next to the Sephora store, on the other side.

Once you get to the Grand Californian entrance, turn right at the courtyard, go through the glass doors, and follow the corridor to the Grand Lobby. Turn left, and walk past the gift shop, go outside & follow the breezeway to the restaurant. It'll be easy once you get there. :)
