how do u get mailed pin codes?????

hey everyone, I'm sure if i dug around here enough, I'd find the answer to this question, but in a site like this, that's not fun.

I often read of people who get mailed pin codes for sales and discounted rates and all. It has been a number of years since I've received anything as such from Disney. I've been a AP holder for a number of years, and stay on prop at least once a year. Was curious if something had changed over the last few years preventing me from receiving anything. Thanks for any input.
