How do I use the TIW card to book Hoop De Doo?

I have vouchers for annual passes that I need to turn in to get my actual annual passes when I am in Florida in December. I would also like to buy a Tables in Wonderland Card when I arrive in Disney. However, I want to book the Hoop-De-Doo 9:30 dinner show for one of the days I am there, and I want to be able to use the TIW card. I don't know how I should go about doing all this? Do you think I can just walk up and get tickets to the 9:30 show on the day of, and use my TIW card then? It will be Friday December 17th, so a busy week in Disney, I don't know if the show will sell out. Please help!

I would call to book the show and mention you want the Tables in Wonderland discount. As long as you have the membership by the time you see the show, I don't think you'll have a problem.

I second this advice. You present the TIW card to the server.

I was told to present the card when I picked up the tickets at the box office. They would then refund the discount amount to my credit card.

Make sure you book HDDR ASAP. They assign seating based on when you make your reservation so the earlier people get the best seats.
