How do I remove cards from my MDE?

A couple years ago I set up a MDE account and purchased some one-day park cards for myself and two friends and added to my account. I would now like to delete the friends' cards as I won't be traveling with them on my next trip (or likely ever). I have marked the cards as "inactive" but I do not see a way to delete. I want to get them out of the account so it isn't cluttered with links I don't need.

You can't remove them. However, if you were to send an invitation to those friends thru MDE and they create their own MDE accounts and accept the invitation, then the cards and MBs that are attached to their names in your account will transfer over to them and you will no longer see the cards in your MDE.

Oh gosh - that seems so cumbersome! One of them really doesn't even use email so to have to jump through these hoops to remove their names seems silly. I would think Disney IT was top-notch but apparently not so from reading various posts. It just wouldn't be that hard to include a "remove" link I would think.
