You need to call member services or send them an e-mail through the member website.

We always call - it's pretty quick and easy. Of course requests are not guaranteed, but we've found that generally our requests are honored. Our requests typically involve "non-handicapped room" and "higher floor". We don't much care about which building-group at any of the more spread out resorts but do prefer the balcony over the patio.

i put in at the time i book, sometimes these show up on confirmation, sometimes they don't. they try but don't guarantee.

I like to email them because they email you back acknowledging your request. Not exactly a confirmation, but I like having the words in writing.
