How do I purchase an AP?

Stupid question I know! Sorry!

We will be going in Oct and again in Jan for our first ever DVC stays! Buying an AP is going to save us quite a bit of money on tickets! I'm just not sure how to go about doing it!

I read something that gave me the impression that they don't actually sell AP's at the park but can't activate one that has been pre-purchased or upgrade park tickets. Is this accurate? If so can I just call member services and buy them and have them mailed?

You can purchase Annual Passes at any Theme Park ticket window or Guest Services location. You could also call MS or purchase an exchange voucher on-line from the member website. If you call or purchase on-line, you will still have to go to guest services to exchange for your actual AP.
