How do I pay balance on reservation

im assuming I’m missing something totally obvious, but I can’t find where on the website or app you go to pay the balance on my trip. I have two different reservations for an upcoming split stay and want to pay them off. Do I have to call?

Room only or package?

Room only - you pay the balance upon check-in.

Package- you pay the balance 45 days before checkin.

You can convert a room only to a package with a phone call. Same thing but then it allows you to pay balance with either Cast Member or online.

Just ask them to convert it for you so you can pay in full. Just did it myself 2 days ago.

You can pay in full in advance on a room only reservation as well. You might have to call though

there is no way to pay on website. Will need to call in but its pretty simple to do.

You will have to call to make a payment but it is easy. You just answer the prompts for "make a payment". Most of the time you will get an automated payment method where you just read off your credit card, debit card or gift card numbers. It doesn't take long. It will ask you how much you want to pay and will tell you the balance after each payment. Sometimes you will get a real person instead.

Thanks! It’s room only. I guess all my previous stays were packages now that I think about it bc we usually get the dining plan, but we’re using TIW this time. I just like knowing it’s paid for ahead of time.

When I make a room only booking with my TA, they make me pay the total balance about two or three weeks ahead of time.

Best thing about doing it over the phone is they will send you an email confirmation of final payment. I always file that away in my saved emails. Had to use it once for a short fall weekend trip when I arrived and they tried to charge me again.
