How do I make reservations for Feb 2011?

I really want to begin planning an itinerary of sorts. I know it's a busy time to travel.
I tried disneyworld.com/dining and it wouldn't allow me to go up to that date? Is it too soon to book? Are there other ways?

usually come out six months in advance. We usually look at park hours, decide which parks to visist then make our dining plans.

Disney reservations - ADRs - can be made 180 days in advance. If you are staying at a Disney resort and have a reservation made already, you can make up to ten days of reservations 180 days prior to your check in date. If you are staying offsite or do not yet have a Disney resort reservation, each ADR can be made 180 days prior the day on which your're looking to make the ADR.

You will not be able to make ADRs for at least a couple of days depending on when in February you arrive. In the meantime you can spend a lot of time exploring menus and options. Use this link for a 180 day calculator.

We are going in FEB 2011 as well. I called last night to book and the guy I spoke with said they had not yet received the vacation package rates for 2011, but that the room only rates were available. He also told me that they had expected the rates by now, but for some reason had not received them and was expecting them literally any day now. We will be there Feb 14-18 and our day to make adr's is August 16 or 18 can't remember which now. Hope that helps!
