How do I make PS (AR) with no hours?

We are going Nov 30-Dec 7 and will be on the dining plan. I understand that I need to make PS (AR) starting 90 days out, but will the hours (especially EMH) be out by then? I haven't been to WDW in a LONG time and am planning on trying all these great places that I have been reading about, but I am still confused.

Any suggestions or must do's would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks!!
Kari

P.S. It will be me, my mom, DS9 and DS3.

Blows, doesn't it?!? I've been fretting over this very thing for months. I've basically decided that the more important AR's will just have to be guessed at and the rest will have to wait until the hours are posted! But it sure doesn't make me any less comfortable!!

I used the "scientific method" of historical hours and just plain guessing. I also figured that we get hungry around the same times of day no matter what, so I'm planning meals sticking pretty close to our usual mealtimes. We tend to like to eat around 6:60-7 PM so I'm going to get PS's at the resort restaurants for dinner, so we won't have to worry about what park we may be in at the time.

If it's EMH at a park, we'll eat and go back to whatever park is still open. Our itinerary is also interchangeable to some degree, so I can change if needed pretty easily. I didn't want to bank on needing to be at MK at this date at this time if we wanted to eat dinner, ya know?

We went last November. The parks closed earlier that time of year. While we did enjoy the EMH in the morning. They didn't have any EMH (or E-ride) nights available during that time of year while we visited. Hopefully, this year will be different since the parks are getting busier and the EMH schedules have changed. The best thing to do is just guess based on the history, then try to change one or two ADR's later if you need.

Thank you all so much for your help. I was just getting more and more confused as to what to do. Since we are coming from Mountain time, I didn't know if I should try to make them for when we usually eat, or adjust to Eastern time. Any suggestions about this? I think that I might try to make most of the dinner AR's at resort restaurants to avoid being in the "wrong" park at dinner time. If I want to eat at one of the resort restaurants, can I just get on the bus for that resort? We will be staying at WL so I don't want to go to WL and then back out for dinner. Does this make sense?

Thanks again!!

I think time depends on your family, but since you're coming from an earlier time zone, you may not want to eat at your "regular" mealtime since it may get tricky to time things with PS's- a late dinner at home would be a *really* late dinner at WDW. Also, you do a lot more walking and activity in the park than you would at home, so you may find that your family is pretty hungry by the dinner hour. Maybe pick something in the middle and be ready to pick up an extra snack or two during the day if you feel the need.

As to resorts, yes, as far as I know, you can.
