How do I make a special request at Coral Reef?

Hi there. I made my ADRs this morning for our upcoming August trip and after asking about having a special request for Coral Reef, I was told to make it at the podium when we got there. It's our 20th wedding anniversary that day and my husband looooooooves aquariums and so I really wanted to be seated front and center of all those fishies. Anyone have any ideas how I could go about requesting this ahead of time? Is there a direct phone number to Coral Reef or will they just ignore me? Thanks for any assistance!
