Debbie, all you can do is delete it. Only Moderators or Webmasters can "Lock" a thread.
I would suggest that you contact one of the Mods on the board where the post is located, explain why you want it locked, and they'll take care of it for you. If the need is immediate let me know & I'll help you out.
