How do I get to the Safari Park from Disneyland?

I am planning a trip to Disneyland in January/February and want to spend one day at the Safari Park. We don't want to rent a car or drive, and I'm wondering if there's another way to get there? I'm open to trains, buses, tours, or anything else that's reasonably affordable.
Any help would be appreciated - Thanks!

Are you talking about the San Diego Wild Animal Park? Or the San Diego Zoo? I've never heard of the San Diego Zoo being called the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, but when I looked it up, I see there is a separate one (in Escondido).

I believe there are buses run by Greyhound that take you there. Or you can take the Metrolink train to San Clemente or Oceanside and catch a bus from there.

There should be a route from Anaheim/Fullerton area (you'll need to take a bus to the station).

Bus tour itself is already $90. You might want to consider renting a car (I know you said you didn't want to) but if you do a bus, you limit yourself to their scheduled pick-up and drop-off

The name of the WAP was officially changed to the Safari Park last year. Same place

I have no advice about getting there, but you will have a blast!

We loved the Safari Park when we went to San Diego a year ago. We saw a minutes-old antelope take its first steps. Totally amazing. And you can watch the cheetahs run now--how cool is that?

You can get a cab to the Amtrak station for like $6 and take the Surfliner train up the coast for $28 each. It's a fun ride, but with a whole family you may do better with other options.
