How do I get magic bands if staying at Give Kids the World?

I've seen it mentioned recently that having magic bands could make getting pictures easier when going to DW, even when going with MAW and staying at GKTW. I'm not familiar with how to get magic bands. Thanks for any help!

Gktw will give you a photopass with a code all the photos they take at the parks are linked to this code andyou will get a free cd with all the photos after the trip. Genie pass for rides, characters, and shows. You really dont need magic bands

the only thing is you may not get the pictures fro seven dwarfs mine train and the video for it and tower of terror. Seven dwarfs has no place to view the photos after the ride so you may not be able to link them to a photopass account with out a magic band.

it should be able to be added to the genie photopass (ours were - but we did not ride seven dwarves) for the ride photos and videos. they were also added to our magic bands.

when you use the code on the back of the genie photopass (that code is the code to use to see your pictures, AND your discount code to apply to get it for free, might have to call to have the right product added to cart unless they changed the cards from when we were there.)

parts of it may be but for the videos to show up and the mine train phot you need the magic band which has a long range RFID chip in it. Each magic band has two RFID one is also in the regular tickets and is non-powered and is only good at short range basically touching the sensor in the case of Disney the mickey head. The second one is long range and transmits a signal to another device somewhere in the ride probably at the camera that person x y and z have magic bands so they have the pictures and video loaded to their my disney experience account. Even if you don't have Memory maker or any form of it they will show up in your account and you can view them but have to pay for them to download them. I'm not sure how it works with the gene pass you may want to check with WDW, photopass and Give Kids the world as they would likely have more info on that part of it.
