How do I get from Universal to...

Disney World? I am flying down and meeting a friend who is flying from NJ. We are spending the first night of our trip at the Royal Pacific. Seeing as how we won't have a car, how do we get from there to our hotel at Disney? Also, since we'll obviously have to check out before heading to Universal, what can we do with our luggage for the day? Thanks in advance!!
