How do I get from All Star Music to Chef Mickey's at the contemporary?

Probably a stupid question, but we have a 7:50am breakfast priority seating at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. We are staying at the All Star Music resort. I read somewhere that the character meal busses run early, but will one take us directly there or do we have to go to the Magic Kingdom and walk over? Or take the monorail from somewhere to the Contemporary? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Take the bus to MK then walk up to the monorail and ride to Contemporary

If you're determined to use WDW transportation you could take a bus to MK then take the monorail to CR, the only potential issue is whether the busses are running at that time on the day in question. The other options are either get a taxi or rent a car( there's an alamo right on WDW property).

We took the bus from our hotel to the Magic Kingdom then got on the monarail over to the Contemporary. You can walk maybe just as fast but riding the monarail is much cooler!

Oh and you're also going to want to be on a bus by around 7:00

We stayed at All Star Movies and had an early ressie at Chef Mickey's for breakfast. I remember going by bus to the TTC and then hopping on the Monorail to the Contemporary. Not sure if it was the best way but it worked. No worrying about dealing with crowds around MK in the morning and I am NOT a morning person so this was best for me.
