How do I get a picture in my signature instead of the red box??

I have been on the tech board trying to add a picture to my signature line and I can not figure out what I am doing wrong! Someone please HELP!!!

ok do this:

1. type
2. after [img], paste the address of the picture
3. after the address to the pic, type
4. click submit
