How do i get a picture from VMK pal photo album to dis??

HI everyone!!! i am new to vmk pal a little, and i take some photos sometimes. i am trying to get a photo to dis but i am having troubles if u can please post some helpful facts i need to know to make the photo come to dis, ty

i am still not understanding it. i am on the vmk window, but there is no print button so i don't know

 

[Disney Dreams]

1. Click the photo album
2. Find photo you want.
3. Click save to file.
4. Save your photo.
5. Go to www.photobucket.com (or imageshack or other file storing web sites)
6. Upload picture to your account.
7. Copy the image location code
8. Create a post on DIS
9. Click insert image button above message box (looks like a mountain and a sun)
10. Submit post and VOILA! photo posted
