How do I Get a Cinderella's Slipper?

I am wondering how I can get a Cinderella's slipper? Do I call the number for cakes? I'm sorry I have a old computer and dial up service so it is very slow for me to go through all the threads. I appreciate any help you can give me!!!!!!!!

Which restaurants/resorts can we order this for? We are staying at the Poly and have ADR's for: Kona, Ohana (breakfast), Coral Reef, Le Cellier, Spirit of Aloha.

This is a birthday celebration trip and I would love to surprise my DD with one for her birthday.
