How do I email a GREAT review of a CM that I talked to on room ressie phone?

I had the most wonderful CM on the phone just now and he worked very hard to get our codes to work right when the computer was not cooperating. He FINALLY got it to work and I was thrilled bc it saved us a TON of money! Anyway, at the end, he told me about the survey and I told him I'd be more than happy to take it but the phone cut me off when the call transferred over. I want to make sure someone knows how he helped me out. Who can I email about this great cm named Nate???
