We just returned from a stay at the World. I would like to contact Disney about how one of their Cast Members made our visit special.

I know that it never hurts an associate at review time to have some positive comments in the personnel folder. I just want to make sure that my E-Mail or letter reaches the right place. The generic E-Mail customer response form may be the right place but I want to make sure.

I have the same question . . . unfortunately it is not because of the positive feedback on a cast member. I haven't been the WDW in six years, but I felt that the customer service level has dropped dramatically (while the prices have not!).

Two options

wdw.guest.communications@waltdisneyworld.com

WDW Guest Communications
PO Box 10,000
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000

Please be sure to provide as much information as possible related to the location, date and time of the event(s) you are talking about. Especially be sure to include information from the CM's nametag.

Either one goes to an office which handles all incoming comments. They are forwarded to the proper office.

If it relates to a CM, they will research the full name of the CM referred to by seeing who was working at the time and location with that name. They will then send it, through channels, to the manager for the individual. Normally if it is a compliment letter it will be read out loud at a pre-shift meeting.
