How do I carry out from Tambu Lounge

HI everyone. Headed to Polynesian next week and wondered about carrying out some 'Ohana goodies. Do we need to wait for a seat and a waitress at Tambu? Or do we just ask a bartender what is available? I think the Ohana "feast" was room-service so still not available?
