How do I cancel photo pass cd? Please help

I read before I pre-purchased the photo pass cd that I could cancel it. When we returned from our trip and saw the pictures, we were very disappointed. (Most of the photographers didn't know how to take a picture, there were not many opportunities that we could find, and there were no cute special effects that I thought there would be.) Now, my time is about to expire and I can't find out how to cancel the cd. Also, I e-mailed them but haven't heard from them.

I just did the same thing. I emailed Thursday or Friday that I wanted a refund and gave them my code. I heard nothing from them, however today when I looked at the credit card, the credit was there.

That gives me hope. My time expires tomorrow so I'm a little nervous. I thought I would have heard from them or at least been able to find a place on the website to cancel my order. I'll check my credit card.
