I have booked hotel and eurostar seperate how do I add the disney express to our booking please.

I'm not sure myself, I've heard other people say you can book it ahead, or add it when you're at the station (Ashford etc...) at one of the counters. Bit hazy about it I'm afraid... :)

If you have booked the hotel through Disney, phone Disney to add it to your booking. If you have booked a Disney onsite hotel through a travel agent, talk to your travel agent. If you haven't booked through Disney and you aren't staying at an onsite hotel you can't book it I'm afraid.

Thank you britchik4. I have booked the hotel with disney so will give them a ring.

I have loads more questions but will have to wait until I do not have a 3 year old hanging off my leg.

Hi,

Maybe I am missing something, but I really don't see how the express service is any use.:confused3

You take your bags through the scanners to the Eurostar lounge, you get given a luggage tag to fill out and put on your bag.

You then have to take your own bags and put them on the train.

At the end of the journey you then take your bags off of the train and up the escalator in the station to leave them to be transported to the hotel.

At this point you are close to the shuttle bus to the hotel anyway.:confused3

I know that you have also been given your tickets so you can go straight into the park, but for the time you spend queing to collect your tickets and then again to leave your bags, surely it is just as easy to go to the hotel?

I had thought, before I saw how it worked, that you would put the tag on the bags and Disney would then take the bags to a luggage compartment on the train to be taken off by them at the other end and whisked away to be delivered to your hotel, but this appears to be too obvious and better for the guest.

Don't get me wrong I love all things Disney and DLP especially, but this just seems to have been something that is being done in a very bizarre way, and not worth the time or effort.

It can be quick if you are one of the first in the queue to hand your cases in at the Disney Express. We were last time, off the train and in the park in under 20 mins
I think it is far more useful though for on the way back home, just leave your bags at the hotel to be transferred to the Disney Express desk and then you don't have to worry all day about getting back to the hotel to collect them.
Having said that this time round i am travelling indirect so i will not be using the Disney Express, i will see how it compares.

If I were travelling on Eurostar I would definitely be using Disney Express, soooooo easy and quick.
