I cannot figure out for the life of me how to add a Disney transfer for disembarkation. I updated our flight info which I did not have when I originally checked in...the Disney transfer button is blocked?? Can I only use Disney transfers to the airport if I booked the air through them (my flights were half the cost Disney was quoting)? Thanks.

Alternatively, if anyone knows of a private town car service that is reliable btwn San Pedro and LAX, let me know.

You can have your TA add them or call DCL directly to add them before the cruise. We used www.execucar.com/ from LAX to the port with excellent service earlier this month. We had 4 adults and 1 kid so we went with the SUV (Suburban). Plenty of room for people and luggage.

You also can add the transfers through Guest Services once you're on the ship.

By the way I added the DCL transfer from the port to LAX after our on-line check in since we ended up with such early flights. I was never able to update the on-line check in area, but the CMs had all our info when we checked in for the cruise.

You can even add transfers after you board the ship. Just go to guest services. They will add them and charge them to your onboard account.

We had a last minute change in plans, and went to guest services and booked transfers to Disney... was $35.00 per person. We did that the morning of Debarkation. There are other services available that are less expensive, just need to plan ahead. :thumbsup2

Even if you could click on it, that doesn't add transfers to your cruise reservation. That section simply explains where/how you're leaving the ship.

The Disney transfer button was also blocked for our April cruise (also our friends in our cruise group) and for our Nov 2011 cruise. I don't know why it does that. I called my TA in Nov worrying that they didn't truly have us down for PC-MCO transfers. She assured us we did and said not to worry about the button being blocked.

I had the same issue but my TA made the change in less than a minute. I'm thinking that if you're using a TA certain on-line tasks are blocked.
