How do ADRs work when you have 7 people in one room (SSR 2 bedroom)?

I want to make sure that we don't all have to dine at the same restaurant each night! Okay...I know we don't but for the nights we don't wish to dine together, will DIL make her ADR and I will make a separate ADR on our account? Assuming she makes her ADR first for a particular day, will I be given a message that there is already a dining ADR for this time when I go to link the reservations? Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Shouldn't be a problem unless the total number of people dining is over seven.

I think somewhere, sometime I read about someone having a problem like I described. I really hope that was a fluke or I am remembering incorrectly. I would love to hear from someone who actually had a similar party sharing one room, one reservation and wanted different dinners at the same time.

If you each have your own MDE, there shouldn't be a problem.
