How Disney Works?

This may not be the right place for this, but I couldn't find another more appropriate one. Please feel free to move/delete as needed.

I just came back from my first Disney trip with my family and am totally fascinated by the workings of the place -- from how they move people through lines to meet characters and the psychology behind it (endless doors!) to how they design the pattern for character meet and greets at meals, etc. I should have been in logistics! Can anyone recommend a good book or blog or other kind of piece for someone who wants to know more about the inner workings of Disney World? Thanks in advance!

I really liked the Imagineer's books to each park. They are older, but I think they are still in print.
