How difficult is it to arrive in Terminal A and pick up someone in Terminal B?

We arrive in Terminal A (Southwest) and da arrives in Terminal B(USA) (both flights arrive same time).

I was going to run (literally) to EA, pick up my car and drive to Terminal B and pick her up outside at "arrival" area. Is this doable or am I out my my mind? Is there an easier way?

Thank you!:D

If you want to meet them personally, there is a concourse that runs between A & B in the main (ticket area) terminal. It has lots of shops and is completely walkable. It also has the moving walkway in the middle so you can just stand there and be transported over if you have carryons with you. It's probably a 2-3 minute walk to get from one terminal to the other. Sure beats running to get a rental and driving around the airport multiple times to pick someone up.

Just arrange to meet them in the Terminal B area they will enter right after they get off the shuttle tram from the gate area. They or you (whoever gets there first) can sit and wait for the other in comfort. I'm sure you are well aware that just because two flights are scheduled to land at the same time doesn't mean they will.

GO,

Can you think of a "meeting place" to designate that would be 'easy' for da to find? She isn't use to travelling alone and is quite nervous. How far is it to the car rental counter. I know there are 2 National counters - one in A and the other in B.

Initially I thought it would be way too much to collect my luggage downstairs, go back up and walk with the luggage to Terminal B, greet her and then truck everyone and everything to the rental counter???????

What do you think?

Thank you for helping!:D

I would rent a cart for your luggage in baggage claim - it's $2, then take the elevator up to level 3 (baggage claim is level 2, car rental is level 1). Then meet her right outside the security gates for terminal B, as GoldenOldie suggested. After she comes off the tram, she would have to go by those security gates, so you shouldn't miss her. There is also a large board with the flight times for all flights, so you can check if hers has arrived yet and vice/versa. Is she going to have checked luggage? If so, then get her luggage from B baggage claim and take the elevator down to level 1 and go to the National counter. It's pretty far if you are walking with luggage, we always rent a cart.

That sounds great Debbie! A little complicated, but at least I have a plan.

Thank you so much!:) :)
