...pay for your DVC points.
I´m wondering how the payment works for the points if you
1. not an US resident
2. cannot pay it out of your pocket at the time
As I do not get any information here at Germany cause they are not registered and I suppose the brochure that I will get from friends in US will talk about that.

I am in Ireland and DVC could not send me any information either. I had to buy my contract through a re-sale agent as DVC could only sell to me if I went over to Florida to buy. I used the TimeShare Store who are a sponsor of this site and it was a simple process.

As for finance - we used some of our savings for our smaller contract and took out a loan here in Ireland for the larger contract.

The only way you will be able to join dvc while in germany is if you have a friend that can forward you all the info and use them as a contact or join when you visit wdw if you want to purchase directly through disney which you can only purchase ssr right now. They offer in house financing so all you have to have is 10 - 20% for dp. But if you are buying resale (all other resorts) you would have to come up with the total amount on your own via loans/savings/ccs.
