How did you get your DIS name?

Oldie but always interesting topic for me.

Kitty34 originated when my oldest son helped me become a member of the DIS. He used his college basketball #34 and of course my nickname Kitty.

I do know that some names have been changed to protect the innocent.

I wanted something generic that let people know where I was located but not much of anything else. I used this same name on another travel site prior to the DIS and actually had a couple of people ask me if it was the same person.

This is my third username. If you followed the how long you been on the Dis thread you'll know my story. If not then The Mayor was born after Jason, Pop Daddy, low-key dubbed me the mayor of the CB during a late night weekend session many years ago.

I think I joined back when I started to add Universal to our trips and at the time WDW was all weird about making sure the Disney name was not used generically for the region, which it totally was, anyway that's why it isn't about Disney and instead about Orlando. I do still really love being at Orlando theme parks and probably always willDisney and Universal still have my heart.
