How dark is it?

When we are coming back from the parks late and it is dark are we going to need flashlights or is there sufficient lighting to find our campsite?

A flashlight isn't 100% necessary because the loops are paved and there is low level lighting along their route. You may feel more comfortable carrying a light understandably if you are afraid of tripping. Also generally the campers leave lighting on at many of their sites so there's more light then you think on the loops. If you're crossing a field like the back way to the 2000 loop you'll need a flashlight since there's no lighting.
