How Close to a Given Date Might Disney Change Park Hours?

The reason I ask is that I planned for our party of 11 last Nov and the morning of our MK day I checked MDE and discovered that Disney changed the hours to open at 8, I'd scheduled FP+ choices based on 9 and wouldn't have done MK on an 8 am opening at all, 7 of the group were off site and there was no herding them to RD that morning. Obviously Disney added the hour after the 60 day window, I'm wondering if there's some time frame after which they won't tamper with the hours. I'm pretty obsessive in checking plans but I'd hate to have to check daily for 60 + days once I decide on parks and FPs. Any ideas?

From the day-of and day-before... and daily, all the way out to about 30-45 days before.

More typical (for years, now) has been within 7-14 days before.

Of course, MOST of the hours and events don't change from about 60 days out,
but EXPECT there to be individual changes much closer to your dates.

So, keep checking and re-checking daily as your trip approaches
(and during the trip, as well.)

I swear, we had hours change within just a few days.

Like the end of the week, of the week we were there.
