How can I view the Annual Passholder resort discounts on the Disney website?

I purchased an annual pass in December, and I registered it on the Disney website. Now I'd like to view the current resort specials. When I'm on the "Walt Disney World Passholder Program" page (http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/passholder-program/), I click on "resort special offers", it prompts me to sign in with my id and password. When I do, it says "page not found - error 404". If I go to Disney site and sign in first, then go to passholder page and click on resort special offers, it takes me to the page to "add a park pass" (which I've already done). If I try to put annual pass number in again, it says "this pass already exists in your profile - please try again". Feeling frustrated, what am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue. I e-mailed Disney, and here's what they wrote back. Even the guy who wrote me (whose name and title I deleted here) sounds like he knows their website stinks. This was a few days ago, and it still doesn't seem to be working for me.

Thank you! Since I've never used passholder website, thought maybe I was missing something. Hope they fix it soon.

The Passholder site definitely has glitches. I had this happen in the summer and then it suddenly righted itself. Now it's acting up again. Guess we have to wait or call.
