How can I sell my WDW gift cards?

We had to cancel a 2020 WDW trip and I had put a LOT of money onto gift cards to pay for everything.
At this point, I'm not wanting to go back.
What do I do with these gift cards?

I know there are gift card reselling sites but how do I know which ones are legit?
What percentage off are typical sales?
Is there any risk to me?

Your best bet would be to find out if any of your friends/family are going to Disney anytime soon and offer to sell them at a slight discount.

Buy limited edition / collectible merch from shopDisney and resell on ebay, if you know what’s hot there’s profit in there for you as well. Patience & research are your friend when going this route (been there done that) and came out well ahead with cancelled cruise money locked up in GC’s.

Thank you for your suggestions. Raise charges 15% and that's a lot of cash to give up. I've reached out to some local TA in my small town, inquiring if they might have any interested families, including talking to a friend who is a TA. Everyone is so concerned about getting scammed. I totally get it. That's why I only want to sell them to someone in person so we can both be careful.

I would not consider even an in person meeting to provide enough protection from gift card fraud (or for that matter Disney theme park ticket transactions).

I would also expect travel agents, too, to not want to get involved with gift cards and have to answer to either you or their client in the case of fraud.
