How can I renew my DVC Gold annual pass online?

So I'm considering renewing our DVC Gold annual passes that expire next week.

When I go to https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/passes/renew/, the only option I'm offered is to renew them as Platinum Plus for $898.86. Both current passes are clearly labeled "Disney Gold Passes". The drop down only toggles between the Platinum adult/child options.

Am I missing something? Is there anyway to renew them as Gold online?

You need to call to renew a DVC AP. The on line has never worked for DVC renewals

Thank you. Forgot to ask, is the deadline to renew the DVC annual pass 30 days after expiration, or must I do it before it expires? (I realize the renewal keeps the same date).

There should be a link on the AP page saying “additional options for Florida Residents and DVC members. When you click on this link, it will ask for your ID and password. Then you can see DVC pricing and renew on line.

This didnt work for me- I had to call to renew.

I haven't looked for a year or two but was never able to get the DVC renewal to pop up even when others stated they could.

Yes, that's the link I was using, and I did sign in using the "additional special products...." button. It would SHOW me the DVC Gold pass pricing, but then when you actually try to renew it will only offer Platinum Plus. Same thing using the Disney app on my phone.

I'll call in to do it... but would be a nice time saver if it worked online.

I am not in the renewal window so I can’t test.

When it came time for us to renew our pass it would allow us to see the new amounts, but still required us to call to actually purchase the renewal for the Gold AP.
