How can I purchase Disneyland one day Park hopper

My parents leave for the Panama Canal cruise this week. They will get into California this Friday morning and they have had such a horrible summer. My grandpa died a little over a month ago and now they had to bring my adopted grandma to the hospital on Sunday when she was admitted and they haven't left her side since. They need a break and I tried to buy them tickets online today through the Disneyland site and they said they need to pick them up at Will Call and they need to bring the credit card with them. I want to suprise them so how can swing this? TIA

I would call the Ticketing Department (714-781-4400) or Guest Services (714-781-7290) and ask them directly.

I just checked with my mom and they said they don't have a way of transportation from the hotel (Holiday Inn at San Pedro) to Disneyland and back. She has checked with car rental places out there and I guess you have to find a way to get to them to rent a car and then find a way to get back. So I guess the thought counts!!!

I'm on the same cruise leaving Saturday. There are a lot of people from the cruise on the disboards staying at Holiday inn. There are transportation companies that will take you from San Pedro to Disneyland. I know some people are using Karmel. There is an Enterprise across from the port (and they say they pick you up to rent a car). Also I don't think you can buy a 1 day hopper anywhere but at DL.

When my mom called Enterpise they told her that she would have to get to their place of business by the port. hmmmmmm, maybe I will call them.

Karmel, haven't heard of them.....anybody know how to get in contact with them? Thanks Donna.
