How can I get to SeaWorld and/or NASA from a WDW Resort?

I just got surprised with the OK to come down in 3 weeks. This time I would like to take DS to SeaWorld and Nasa Space Center if possible. Are there any off property trips available? Can I rent a car for the day from a Disney resort?

I know you can get a car rental from the Swan & Dolphin, also there is a car rental place in WDW near the magic kingdom. You can also take a town car, but would be more money...
the car care center in front of the magic kingdom, I remember I brought a car rental BACK to them and they got me to my resort..
