How can I get music, photos, info off of my iphone

My computer died and I lost my itunes from on it. Most of the music was my personal stuff from old cd's I don't have any more or from my much older pc that I had transferred onto it. I lost it all.
I put itunes onto my laptop and figured I'd manage my iphone from that and my external harddrive. I am now having a problem getting new music onto my ipod or making any changes on my ipod section. After talking to apple tech support for an hour I started getting a message that this ipod is associated with itunes on another pc. It wants me to sync my iphone to the itunes on the laptop now and it says i will lose my info on this phone. Is there a way i can get my photos and music off of this iphone before I do this so I don't lose it? What about my apps?

No Ipod for me. I just stream music with wireless headphones from my pc. I can actually do yardwork with them too.
