How can I get MS to look up my member number?

I'm a new owner. My deed was recorded on July 22nd. I know it's to early for the packet in the mail but I was hoping to get it from Member services ahead of time. I called this morning and the adviser told me he could not help me until I get the packet in the mail. Is there something I need to say to them to see if they can look up my account?

Call Member Accounting. It should be option #3 when you call.

I was given my member number today over the phone. We closed on 7/16. They transferred me for an access code to log in and they shot me down because my points haven't been loaded in my account. Ahhh….I thought I was in!!!

I got an email that my account was created yesterday, but no dice when I called on the phone. They told me I have to wait for the letter. I was only able to get one person to check on Monday. The rest are saying you have to wait... Blast
