Ive told my partner not to buy Discovery Cove & Sea World tickets because we can get them cheaper closer to the time of going (real reason being his mum has bought them for us for our 21st birthdays) and he was fine with that, Until he saw in the paper tickets for both for £133, now hes goin on and on about buying them. I've told him i've read online whilst looking up stuff on WDW (being the disney geek i am) that its better to wait, but hes beginning to question where i saw it. Anyone got any ideas on how to put him off buying them? :confused3

Ooh, that's a tough one. When is your birthdays ? How long do you have to put him off for ? You could fob him off and say yes we'll get them at the end of next month, or that you've heard rumours that the exchange rate will be getting better shortly so to hold off for a few more weeks, or maybe you could just get his mum to give them to you both early

Let us know how you get on :)

Can't you just tell him? It will be a lovely birthday surprise even if he finds out about it early - I'm sure you are't any the less thrilled just because you know.

It might save a lot of stress.

I would let him buy them
I'm sure his Mum wants to get it out of the way

in the end up how much will you be saving

is it worth the hassel

but make sure you point out what he could have saved if he waited
he'll listen to you next time

I'm with Libby but i'm also with Mandy.

How long until you go, when are your birthdays?

Can you not give him something else to organise and maybe take the focus off Discovery Cove :thumbsup2
