How can I contact Downtown Disney?

I am looking for a number to contact Downtown Disney, anyone have a number? I keep getting looped through ticket sales and that is not what I want. Thank you

1) You cannot call DTD stores directly.
2) You can only call Merchandising, but they can't forward you.
3) There are direct numbers, but not for public use.

Thank you! I called the general info line and they transferred me to someone in guest services. I was not calling for merchandising. I was calling to see if Downtown Disney was going to have trick or treating again this year and what night it was going to be on. Last year Halloween fell on Monday but DTD had this event on Sunday too.
