How can I change my Avatar to a photo?

I can't seem to get it to work....! HELP!

Can you not use the 'edit avatar' section on your profile?

Under the custom avatar bit at the bottom - Upload an Avatar From Your Computer.
And select the file on your pc.

It has to be fairly small I think though.

Not much help, but have you tried the Tech Board??

Wont be too difficult with Photoshop etc to get it 100x100 pixels but might be difficult to get under the file size limit (maybe 3.5k?). I have a pic of Dougal Maguire that i wanted which is 100x100 but was too big file wise.
