Is there anyway to order presents for the kids pre-arrival at BWV? I know the concierge desk would try to do that if I were staying concierge. However, what about staying on points at BWV?
It is for Disney's service. The front desk suggests Disney Florists, but I am trying to see if there are other options. There used to be a lady on the Disboards doing gift baskets, but I don't think she does it anymore.

Thanks for the link. No, there was a Diser who actually did gift baskets and deliver them to Disney resorts on the day specified. However, I think she said she was too busy and some other reasons that she stopped doing it.
We've been looking into doing this too and I think this is the one you are looking for http://www.peggyssweetsandmore.com/ Apparently she is a disboards member and is doing this again.
You not be able to have the presents already inside the room when you first enter it. In many (most) cases CMs don't even know what room you'll be in until partway through your check-in.
I don't know if people are aware of this, but anyone who books at any of the Disney properties at Disneyland has immediate access to a "vacation planning" staff that offers all sorts of gift/treat services (gift baskets, flowers, food, toys, etc,). Since it ends up bringing in all sorts of extra income for Disney, I've always wondered why they don't do this at WDW.
