How busy will these two be- which would you suggest?

We are checking in for our first WDW trip on Thursday, 4/7. Thanks to the DIS, we aren't going to be the ones stopping in front of others to peer dumbfounded at the map after we enter the park!!!!

On Tuesday, 4/12, after AK closes at 6pm, will Pop’s food court be mobbed for dinner? If we choose to go to DTD instead, would Wolf Gang Puck Express be mobbed?

Pop's food court is always mobbed. It moves fast though. If you have the DDP, (and even if you don't) Wolfgang puck Express is Awesome! We love everything there!
