How busy was thanksgiving week 2022?

We are planning a thanksgiving 2023 trip.

How were the crowds during this week last year (or previous years?)

We went to SW for the day on Black Friday 2021 and it did not seem any more crowded then the every few years we visit either on BF or the Saturday after. Last time we were there they did not offer the holiday shows preferred seating package that they did in the past for the evening shows. No clue if they brought it back this year. They offer several show times and without the package have to get in line about 30-45 minutes in advance they fill up. We don’t go on many rides so for us seeing the daytime animal shows and visiting the animals plus the holiday stuff we only need the one day for.
