I have so many questions I know ! Sorry about that.

I'm wondering how busy it would be on Christmas Eve or Day. I was thinking we could spend one of them in the park and I'm not sure which day would be better.

I'm thinking the 22nd, 24th or 25th and the 27th at DL. We're getting those city pass tickets that give us 3 days at DL, 1 at US, 1 at SW and 1 at SD zoo or WL.

Also how soon can you book the character dinners at DL ?

I'm thinking of the Princess one for Christmas eve and Goofy's Kitchen for Christmas day.

We did Chip and Dale last time for Breakfast and Goofy's for dinner. That was our favorite !

I'm curious about this too....anyone have an answer to how Christmas compares to Christmas at WDW?

Christmas eve = okay, Christmas day = BUSY!!!

i was at DCA and it felt like Disneyland normal crowd... i cant imagine what Disneyland was like that day...

Dinner reservations may be made 60 days in advance. 714-781-DINE

We were at DL on Dec 27th and it was great, busy but not too crowded (compared to 25th & 26th last year). However, the 28th and 29th were very busy and very crowded even at DCA.

We were in DL on Christmas Eve, not that bad and Christmas day back and forth from DL to CA they were both doable. The only time I found ti crowded was the parade and the fireworks.

The week inbetween Christmas and New Years is ALWAYS the most crowded of the year. I would recommend going before Christmas and NOT after at all!
