How busy is it at Wilderness Lodge today? (Including CCV and Boulder Ridge....)

Is anyone there now? How are you finding the walkways, both pool areas, etc... Busy, light, or moderate? Have you been able to check in early? What time? Trying to set my expectations for our upcoming trip! Thanks in advance for any replies!

We just checked out today. It was more crowded than I expected. Our studio wasn’t available until 5:30 on checkin day. Pools were crowded both nights we were there, so much so we wouldn’t even entertain going to the slide pool. The quiet pool was manageable but still more crowded than I would have preferred. Roaring Fork very well managed, a line for Geyser point every night (not sure how long the wait was, just noticed a line), Whispering Canyon had tables well spaced but service seemed a little slow for breakfast. Walkways and common areas totally fine, very easy to distance.

Thanks so much, APL4M2! We found the same at Kidani on July 4th weekend. Busier than expected, both at the Resort, the pool, and Disney Springs. Well, certainly hope our room will be ready sooner than 5:30 PM! We have a cabin so hoping there will be more availability for a room ready when we get there.

oh wow. This is surprising considering only the DVC villas are open. We booked CCV for late August thinking it wouldn't be crowded...

At wilderness, DVC takes up more than half the resort when you factor in BRV and CCV, that’s a lot of people using the resort amenities. During the day the pools didn’t seem as crowded but as the parks start to close they really fill up fast and with no one wearing masks it can get a little too close for comfort (at least for us).
