How busy is DL for Memorial Day?

I just realized that we are planning our trip for Labor Day week. How busy do you think DL/CA will be on Labor Day?

I'm not sure if you meant Memorial Day or Labor day since you mentioned both.

I went last year over Labor Day, and I have since vowed to NEVER go back on a Holiday. I am just not the kind of person that likes waiting in lines!!!

Duh! I can't even keep my holidays straight. I meant Memorial Day, we will be there May 25-28th.

We were in California last year over Memorial day week-end. I had originally planned on going to the beach and avoiding parks on Memorial day. somebody here posted that the beaches are more crowded than the parks on that day. So, we skipped the beach and headed to DL where we were surprised that it wasn't crowded! We had very minimal wait times for everything we did. The crowds did pick up as the day went on but all in all, we'd do Memorial day again!

I think Memorial Day is the least crowded of all the holidays. It is a very nice time to go. Yes, it will be busy, but not nearly as much so as a week in the summer would be. Have a wonderful trip.

I've never been to the parks on Memorial day, but I just wanted to say that the locals DO all head for the beaches. It's the only free place to go with enough water to cool everyone down

You have no idea how happy that makes us folks who will be visiting DL for the very first time on Memorial Day!
