Hi All,

This is my first post!

We have been to DLP 3 times now, the last being just before Xmas 08. The magic was...well magic but the queues weren't :sad2:

We are limited to school holidays but can squeeze the little ones (and my wife who is a teacher) out of school for a couple of days. So, what is it likely to be like on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday in mid to late September?

Also, how reliable and necessary are the Fastpass tickets you can buy off Ebay?

Thanks in advance!

Steve

I went the last week of September last year and will be going the same time again this year.

It was very quiet, nearly every ride was a walk on, no character scrums and nice warm weather. Fab time to go in my opinion.

Thanks for the pointers on the rules. I'll ensure I don't post any abuse or pornography :D

We went last year towards the end of Sept and it was awesome. The only ride we waited for was 15 minutes for Crush. Great time to go, but they do close earlier and the restaurants close early too. We wanted a ice cream cone and the shop was already closed by 4. The weather was great too! I will be going again this September for day trip from Paris.

Welcome to Disboards Steve

Know what you mean about the Christmas season, we did a Xmas weekend in November 07 and never again :sad2: Loved the park as always, but the other guests :headache:

I wouldn't think you'd need the FP's in Sept, from previous trippies it seems to be fairly quiet then, alternatively as you've been before you could just use your previous park tickets to obtain additional FP's.
At this point your either going :yay: because you've kept your tickets or :crazy2: because you haven't !

We went the weekend before Xmas! Luckily we arrived on the Thursday so that afternoon and the Friday weren't bad at all. The extra hours in the park on Sat, Sun and Mon were a life saver but still extremely busy, having to queue for Buzz!

During the Sunday, we got a FP for Buzz at 1pm nd it told us to go back at 9pm!
