We'll be at WDW Sep. 9 - 18 and would like to go to both BB and TL at some point, probably mid-week. How busy are these parks at this time of year?
We've only gone in the summer, so that is our point of reference. Got there at opening, grabbed a spot and got in line for the big slides. Later in the morning or afternoon, we'd do less popular slides, the large pool or the lazy river.
